Wendy refers to herself as 'basically British' having moved to Canada in 1965. In 1972 Wendy settled on Denman Island then migrated to Hornby Island in 1984, raising 4 daughters in the interim.

Wendy has been licensed as a Agent since 1990 and a broker since 1992. Wendy successfully operated her own Hornby Island Brokerage for 15 years, gaining recognition as a Canadian Real Estate Specialist from the Real Estate Institute of Canada.
