Denman Island can easily be reached via Comox Valley International Airport. Several daily WEST JET flights allow visitors to spend the weekend in their cabin here on this Island.

Ferries serve Denman from Buckley Bay on Vancouver Island; the crossing time is approximately 10 minutes.

The twin cities of Courtenay & Comox are just 25 km north of the Buckley Bay ferry terminal servicing Denman and Hornby Islands. These towns provide all the amenities of an urban centre, including an International Airport: YQQ.

To the south one can find the city of Nanaimo (1 hr) and the beautiful provincial capital, Victoria (2.5 hrs), each with International Airports and ferry access to Vancouver and the lower mainland.
